Practice locations are confirmed by your coach

PCC Rock Creek
What's at our home facility
🏟️
Synthetic Turf Fields

PCC Rock Creek features two synthetic turf fields β€” ideal for fall practices in the Pacific Northwest. Consistent surface regardless of weather conditions, with field markings for multiple sports.

🌿
Grass Fields & Open Space

The 32-acre complex also includes grass fields and open recreational space β€” plenty of room for multiple teams to practice simultaneously across the season.

πŸ’‘
Evening Lighting

Field lighting supports weekday evening practices β€” critical for accommodating school and family schedules during the fall season when daylight hours are shorter.

🚻
Restrooms & Concessions

Permanent restroom facilities and a concession stand are on site β€” convenience for families who stay to watch practice or attend events at the complex.

🌲
Trail & Picnic Area

A half-mile perimeter loop trail and picnic pavilion make PCC Rock Creek a great place for families to spend time while athletes practice. Bring a chair and enjoy the northwest scenery.

πŸ…ΏοΈ
Recreation Center Parking

Free parking is available in the THPRD Recreation Center lot. Important: do not park in PCC campus student or faculty lots β€” you may be ticketed. Follow posted signage upon arrival.

The K–12 pipeline destination
Westview High
School Campus

Westview High School is the home of the Wildcats varsity football program β€” the destination at the top of the WYF pipeline. WYF athletes may occasionally use the Westview HS fields for practice when available. When your child eventually walks through those gates as a high school athlete, they'll already know the campus, the culture, and the standard.

⚠️ School campus rules apply. When visiting Westview High School for any WYF activity, all athletes, parents, and family members are guests on an active school campus and must follow all Beaverton School District rules and posted guidelines at all times.
  • Use designated visitor parking only β€” do not block school or staff lots
  • Stay in designated areas β€” do not enter buildings or restricted areas without authorization
  • Supervise children at all times on school property
  • Respect school property, facilities, and staff
  • No alcohol, tobacco, or pets on school district property
  • Your coach will provide specific access instructions for any Westview HS practice
League play
Away game locations

As a TVYFL member program, WYF competes against other community programs throughout the Portland metropolitan area. Away games are played at fields across the region β€” locations are set by TVYFL and vary week to week throughout the season.

πŸ“…
Schedule published through TVYFL

Full game schedules β€” including away game locations and addresses β€” are published on the TVYFL website and through SportsEngine once finalized, typically in late August before the season begins.

πŸ—ΊοΈ
Locations across the metro area

Away games are played at fields throughout the Portland metro area β€” including high school stadiums, community recreation facilities, and THPRD-managed fields. Some travel is expected each season.

πŸ“±
Updates through SportsEngine

Your coach will communicate game locations through SportsEngine. Make sure notifications are enabled and your contact information is current so you receive all schedule communications.

⏰
Arrive early β€” always

Plan to arrive 20–30 minutes before kickoff at away sites. Parking and field access can vary significantly between venues. Building in buffer time ensures your athlete is warmed up and ready.

Representing the Wildcats
Field conduct &
sportsmanship

Whether we're hosting at PCC Rock Creek or visiting an away site, every WYF athlete, parent, and family member is a representative of the Westview community. TVYFL follows NFHS Football Rules and the OSAA Handbook β€” and our conduct standards reflect those expectations at every field, every game.

🀝
Respect the host facility

When visiting away fields β€” especially high school campuses β€” treat the facility with the same care you would expect visitors to show at our home site. Leave areas cleaner than you found them.

πŸ‘‚
Follow host team rules

The home team is responsible for keeping official time and providing a volunteer referee. As visiting guests, WYF families follow all rules and procedures set by the host program.

πŸ“£
Positive sideline behavior

Cheer loudly for your Wildcats β€” but keep it positive. Negative comments directed at officials, opposing players, coaches, or parents are not consistent with WYF's values and will not be tolerated.

🚫
Parents off the field

Only coaches and designated team staff are permitted on the sidelines and field during games. Parents cheer from spectator areas. If an athlete is injured, wait for coaching staff to wave you onto the field.

⚠️
School campus visits

When games or practices are at high school campuses, all Beaverton School District and OSAA rules apply. No alcohol, no tobacco, no pets. Stay in designated visitor areas and follow all posted signage.

⚠️
Officials & disputes

TVYFL officials have full authority during games. Parents and non-coaching staff must never confront, argue with, or approach officials during or after a game. Disputes are handled by coaches through proper TVYFL channels only.
