This season all coaches will be certified with USA Football through their Heads Up program to ensure that everyone is learning the proper tackling techniques to keep this game safe and fun.

Player health and safety are the highest priority for TVYFL and WYF. To help keep your player safe we encourage everyone to take advantage of Providence Health Systems Free Heart Screening program "Play Smart". More information is available on the attached flyer.

There are open Board positions for the 2014 season. If you would like to get involved and help make the season possible please contact Brian Wilk for more information.

Concussion Training is very important to TVYFL and Westview Football. This season all coaches are being asked to take this training. Parents are also encouraged to take this 20 minute course on how to spot and deal with concussions, it is a free class, online, and can be found here at http://program-activecoach.orcasinc.com. TVYFL has released a letter stating our league wide emphasis on concussions and what we are doing to minimize it. Please read this letter to find out more.

We are now on Facebook. Check out the latest news, events and pictures of what's going on with Westview Youth Football and share with friends and family.

Westview Youth Football is a member of the Tualatin Valley Football league. We are a competitive tackle based football program for third through eighth grade youth living in the Westview High School boundary. Completely volunteer run, the program is non-profit with the goal of developing student athletes to be the best they can be in all things they do.

We promote Character Accountability, Teamwork and Sportsmanship CATS! And most importantly we want the kids to have fun.

Thank you to Dick's Sporting Goods, Intel, adidas, and Nike for their support of Westview Youth Football.
